California Bank & Trust is seeking a Part-time Client Service Associate (Teller) at the Acton, CA branch. You will be the branch face, delivering personal service while helping clients with their daily banking needs and guiding them to appropriate solutions.

You’ll handle transactions, open accounts, and assist with transfers, checks, and card services. The schedule is Monday–Friday, 9:00am–2:00pm, with benefits and growth opportunities within a supportive team.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or equivalent with 1+ years in banking, cashiering, customer service, balancing, or related experience.
• Advanced knowledge of cashiering, balancing, debits, credits, bank products and banking.
• Working knowledge of math.
• Strong balancing and customer service skills.
• Ability to cross-sell bank products based on clients’ needs.

We are looking for a Part-time Client Service Associate (Teller) to join our team at the Acton, CA branch. In this role, you will be the face of our branch, delivering exceptional and personal service to our clients while helping them navigate their daily banking needs. Essential Functions:

• Responsible for accurately processing debit and credit transactions in compliance with established policies and procedures, while maintaining an acceptable balancing record
• Identifies and addresses clients’ needs by providing a variety of services which may include opening new accounts, issuing counter checks, performing account maintenance, issuing/activation of ATM cards, performing money transfers, ordering checks, receiving loan payments, etc.
• Resolve clients’ problems either through direct personal action or referral to alternative branch or bank resources
• Identifies and maximizes cross-selling bank opportunities through exploring needs
• You may be reassigned to an alternate location depending on business needs within a reasonable distance (30 miles of branch location) and given proper notice
• Other duties as assigned

Part-time, Monday - Friday, 9:00am-2:00pm
