Levi Strauss & Co. in West Vancouver, BC seeks a part-time Supervisor to contribute to store management through engaging customers, coaching staff, and ensuring brand standards drive sales.

You will train new hires, participate in loss prevention practices, and collaborate with management to meet daily goals. The role supports a busy retail environment with flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Progressive retail leadership experience with supervising, coaching and training.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Creates a high energy, compelling store experience by engaging consumers and modeling service behaviours, supervising and coaching associates.
• Proactively resolve consumer concerns in line with policy and customer satisfaction goals; partner with store manager on escalated issues.
• Participate in training for new hires on LS&CO culture, product knowledge, service practices and store policies.
• Handle cash and merchandise operations, floor sets, markdowns and replenishment while maintaining standards.
