Job summary

Urban Barn is hiring a Part-time Stock/Product Operations Associate for our Langley, BC store. The role focuses on handling incoming stock, backroom organization, and sustaining visual standards on the sales floor. You will contribute to a positive customer experience while supporting store operations.

Requirements include customer service experience, with preference for retail sales or visual merchandising. Must be able to lift up to 50lbs and commit to 10–20 hours per week with flexible shifts.

Qualifications

• 1 year customer service experience preferred.
• Experience in Retail Sales and/or Visual Merchandising preferred.
• Detail oriented and organized.
• Must be able to lift and move up to 50lbs.

Responsibilities

• Support Visual presentations following visual directives and confirming placement of all products on sales floor
• Replenish product on the sales floor
• Manage and receive stock
• Ensure the backroom is organized and efficient
• Support Customer Service and Experience
