Job summary

Great Canadian Entertainment in Halifax is seeking a Steward to maintain cleanliness in all areas of the kitchen, including dishwashing, prep, cooking, and storage.

Under the direction of the Sous Chefs, the Steward ensures health and safety standards, delivers quality guest service, and contributes to an outstanding entertainment experience at Casino Nova Scotia.

The role requires physical stamina, shift flexibility, and a collaborative, energetic team player to help make every day great.

Qualifications

• Minimum Grade 12 or equivalent asset.
• Must be able to lift 25 kg.
• Energetic and able to work quickly under pressure in a busy environment.
• Knowledge of WHMIS would be considered an asset.
• Great multi-tasking and organizational skills.
• Excels in working in a team environment.
• Must be flexible and able to work various shifts.
• Must be friendly, detail oriented, fun and outgoing.
