Job summary
Great Canadian Entertainment in Halifax is seeking a Steward to maintain cleanliness across kitchen areas, wash dishes, and support food preparation under the Sous Chef and Chef de Cuisine. You will follow health, safety and food regulations and help ensure a smooth operation during busy shifts.
This role requires being energetic, flexible to varying shifts, able to lift 25 kg, and a team player who values guest experience.
Qualifications
- Minimum Grade 12 or equivalent is an asset.
- Must be able to lift 25 kg.
- Energetic and able to work quickly in a busy environment.
- Knowledge of WHMIS would be considered an asset.
- Great multitasking and organizational skills.
- Excels in working in a team environment.
- Must be flexible and able to work various shifts.
- Must be friendly, detailed oriented, fun and outgoing.
