The successful candidate will perform building maintenance and cleaning duties, demonstrate physical stamina, and adhere to safety and attendance requirements in a supportive school environment.

Qualifications

• Candidate must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, climb stairs and ladders.
• Mechanical aptitude with experience in trades such as plumbing, electrical or carpentry.
• Excellent interpersonal, professional and organizational skills.
• Able to use a computer (GAFE).
• Experience operating machinery like buffing machines, lawn mowers or snowblowers.
• Knowledge of hazardous chemicals and cleaning supplies handling.
• Satisfactory attendance will be considered in hiring.

Responsibilities

• Change lights and inspect the roof; shovel snow and operate snow blower.
• Operate grass cutting equipment; perform minor repairs; conduct health and safety checks.
• Service roof top unit; operate and maintain cleaning equipment.
• Perform minor and major cleaning tasks.
