You will receive expert training and guidance, earning $22.23 per hour with guaranteed minimum hours. This role offers flexible daytime work and opportunities for advancement in over 540 locations across the U.S. & Canada.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must have a valid G Class driver's license for at least 1 year.
• Part-time schedule with summers off; ideal for retirees or working parents.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport students to and from school and activities.
• Supervise boarding and unloading; assist students with seatbelts and mobility aids.
• Maintain order on the bus to prevent distractions.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of brakes, lights, tires, and exits.
• Report mechanical issues promptly and keep the bus clean.
• Obey all traffic laws and company safety standards.
• Communicate with parents, school staff, and dispatch about delays or behavior.
• Demonstrate leadership and provide excellent customer service.
