Job summary

First Student, Inc. is hiring a Part Time School Bus Driver in Prince Albert, SK to start mornings and afternoons with flexible hours for field trips and events. Training is provided to become a safe, professional driver dedicated to student welfare.

You will drive a morning and afternoon route Monday to Friday, with guaranteed minimum hours and a chance for career growth across locations in North America.

Qualifications

• No experience is required; expert training is provided.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Full Class 5 license for at least 1 year.
• Part-time schedule with summers off.
• Experience with transporting students or customer service is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport students to and from school and activities.
• Supervise boarding and unloading at stops and assist students with seatbelts.
• Maintain order on the bus and keep it clean and safe.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of brakes, lights, tires and exits.
• Report mechanical issues promptly and communicate delays as needed.
• Follow traffic laws and company safety standards.
