Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 2–3 years of retail experience with preference for store leadership roles.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays and extended hours.
• Willingness to stand for long periods and assist in all store operations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding consumer experiences using Crocs service model.
• Foster a positive team culture and share feedback while upholding Crocs values.
• Assist in departments (POS, service, merchandising, stockroom) to ensure a seamless shopping experience.
• Lead on the sales floor with management to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Delegate tasks, monitor progress, and ensure timely follow-up while maintaining service standards.
• Act as a brand ambassador by staying informed on product launches and collaborations.
• Adhere to all Crocs policies including asset protection and inventory control.
