What does the part-time position involve?

Basic responsibilities involve working with customers, explaining our American-made Cutco products, and placing orders. Our products are used in the home, focusing on the kitchen and some gardening tools. The position offers a great starting base pay (paid weekly) that isn't based on sales or results, but incentives are possible based on performance. Previous experience isn't needed; we provide all necessary training.

Compensation

Reps are paid a $25.25 base per appointment (not based on sales or results), or a commission based on performance. There is an opportunity to earn more, but a fallback income is available even during off weeks.

Training and Career Development

We have been training people to succeed for over 40 years. Even if someone doesn't stay long-term, they gain valuable sales, networking, and communication skills applicable in any field. Long-term reps can advance into management or professional sales roles.

Work Schedule and Environment

We help our reps create flexible schedules. Some work full-time, others part-time, around classes, other jobs, or family commitments. Reps work from home and locally after training, with most meetings and training held in the office.
