Basic responsibilities include working with customers, explaining our American-made Cutco products, and processing orders. Our products focus on kitchen and gardening tools used in the home. The position offers a great starting base pay (paid weekly) that isn't dependent on sales results, though performance incentives are possible. No previous experience is needed as we provide all necessary training.
Reps are paid a $25.25 base per appointment (not based on sales) or can earn through a performance-based commission structure. There is potential to earn more, but a fallback income is guaranteed even during off weeks.
We have over 40 years of experience training successful salespeople. Skills gained—sales, networking, communication—are valuable in any field. Long-term reps can pursue management or professional sales careers.
We help our reps create flexible schedules. Some work full-time, others part-time or around other commitments like classes or family. Most training and meetings are held in the office, but after training, reps work from home locally.
