What does the part-time position involve?

Basic responsibilities involve working with customers, explaining our American-made Cutco products, and placing orders. Our products are used in the home, focusing on kitchen and gardening tools. The position offers a great starting base pay (paid weekly) that isn't based on sales or results, but incentives are possible based on performance. No previous experience is needed, as we provide all necessary training.

Compensation

Reps are paid a $25.25 base per appointment (not based on sales or results), with a commission structure available based on performance. There is potential to earn more, but a fallback income is guaranteed even during off weeks.

Training and Career Development

We have over 40 years of experience training individuals to succeed. Skills gained, such as sales, networking, and communication, are valuable in any field. Long-term reps can pursue management or professional sales careers within our company.

Work Schedule and Environment

We help our reps create flexible schedules. Some work full-time, others part-time, around classes, other jobs, or family commitments. Most meetings and training are held in our office, but reps work from home and locally after training.
