Responsibilities

Responsibilities include working with customers, explaining our American-made Cutco products, and processing orders. Our products focus on kitchen and gardening tools used in the home. Training is provided, and previous experience is not required.

Compensation

Reps are paid a base of $25.25 per appointment (not based on sales) or can earn commissions based on performance. There is potential to earn more, with a guaranteed income even during off weeks.

Training and Career Development

We have over 40 years of experience training successful salespeople. Skills gained are valuable across many fields, and long-term reps can advance into management or professional sales roles.

Work Schedule

Reps can create schedules that suit their needs, working as much or as little as they choose. Most training and meetings are held in the office, but after training, reps work from home and locally.
