Job summary

Club Monaco seeks a proactive Keyholder to support store operations in Toronto. You will help drive customer service, sales and loss-prevention standards while collaborating with the management team.

With 1–2 years of retail experience and strong English communication, you will train junior staff, assist with opening/closing procedures, stock handling, and maintaining visual standards to protect the brand and deliver an exceptional in-store experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of retail experience.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and teamwork ability.
• Strong English communication, both verbal and written.
• Reliable time management and organizational skills.
• Customer service focus with sales-oriented mindset.
• Aware of loss prevention procedures and store policies.

Responsibilities

• Protect the customer experience and drive sales.
• Support management with training of associates on standards.
• Open/close store operations and shift coverage.
• Assist with inventory, stock receiving and merchandising.
• Maintain visual presentation and dress code compliance.
• Achieve personal SPH goals and provide friendly service.
• Communicate product and customer feedback to managers.
