Job summary

Club Monaco is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Toronto to drive exceptional customer service, support store operations, and develop the store team. The role focuses on clienteling, merchandising, payroll, and event execution to meet financial goals.

You will lead product knowledge sessions, manage a customer database, open/close shifts, and partner with the district manager to ensure consistent brand standards.

Qualifications

• ASC requires a minimum of 5 years retail management experience.
• Excellent English communication - verbal and written.
• Strong planning and organizational skills with a sense of priority for deadlines and attention to detail.
• Ability to recruit, train and motivate a store team and oversee store operations.

Responsibilities

• Clienteling and building a customer database.
• Implement a Personal Shopper Program.
• Provide unsurpassed customer service at all times.
• Lead monthly outreach for new product launches and store events.
• Partner with management to execute store events and plans.
• Open and close the store on designated shifts; manage payroll goals.
• Assist Store Manager or GM when needed and contribute to financial results.
• Manage inventory, visual merchandising and standards; train staff on product knowledge.
