Job summary

Hour Passion, a Swatch Group concept store in Metro Vancouver, is seeking a Sales Associate who will report to the Store Manager and help achieve sales targets with exceptional product knowledge.

Starting base pay is $18.60 per hour plus a monthly performance bonus. Responsibilities include delivering outstanding customer service, processing sales and returns, managing inventory, and keeping visual standards. Part-time position with weekend availability and flexible hours.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of retail sales experience (fashion/accessories preferred).
• Experience delivering exceptional customer service and meeting sales targets.
• Passion for sales in fast-paced environments.
• Willingness to work opening and closing shifts, including weekends and holidays.

As an Hour Passion Sales Associate, you will report to the Store Manager and be responsible for achieving sales targets. You will act as a Ambassador while embodying Core Competencies: Customer Focus, Drive for Results, Build Effective Teams and Relationships, Creativity and Problem-Solving, and Humility and Integrity.

Starting base pay of $18.60 per hour plus monthly performance bonus.

Responsibilities include:

• Customer Service & Sales Generation: Deliver exceptional customer service by assisting customers and resolving issues with a positive attitude. Achieve and exceed sales targets though outstanding product knowledge.
• Operations: Support daily operations, including processing sales and returns, inventory management, and adhering to operation policies and procedures.
• Visual Merchandising: Assist in maintaining store’s visual standards by following visual merchandising guidelines. Assists in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the store.
• Compliance: Uphold workplace safety standards.

Working Conditions

Work is performed with moderate physical effort is required and significant walking and standing is required for the majority of each shift. While this position has a low risk of injury, the position requires lifting, pushing, pulling and holding (up to 35 lbs and above with appropriate support) of boxes and store fixtures, as well as, significant focus when completing paperwork, cash management or using the POS

Employment Status

Part-Time: Up to 29 hours per week . Must maintain open availability to meet the needs of the business and may be required to work more than 29 hours per week, including certain holidays and blackout dates.
