Job summary

Hour Passion is a Swatch Group concept store in Richmond, BC, recruiting a Sales Associate to drive sales and deliver outstanding customer experiences. The role reports to the Store Manager, with a base pay of 18.60 CAD/hour plus a monthly performance bonus.

Candidates should have 2+ years in retail and experience with POS systems, and be able to work opening/closing shifts including weekends. Benefits include health coverage, RRSP matching, employee discount, and life insurance.

Responsibilities

• Operations: Support daily operations, including processing sales and returns, inventory management, and adhering to operation policies and procedures

Job Description

As an Hour Passion Sales Associate, you will report to the Store Manager and be responsible for achieving sales targets. You will act as a Ambassador while embodying Core Competencies: Customer Focus, Drive for Results, Build Effective Teams and Relationships, Creativity and Problem-Solving, and Humility and Integrity.

Starting base pay of $18.60 per hour plus monthly performance bonus.

Responsibilities include:

Working Conditions:

Work is performed with moderate physical effort is required and significant walking and standing is required for the majority of each shift. While this position has a low risk of injury, the position requires lifting, pushing, pulling and holding (up to 35 lbs and above with appropriate support) of boxes and store fixtures, as well as, significant focus when completing paperwork, cash management or using the POS

Employment Status:

Full-Time: Up to 40 hours per week . Must maintain open availability to meet the needs of the business and may be required to work more than 29 hours per week, including certain holidays and blackout dates.
