Advantage Solutions Canada in Owen Sound is hiring a Retail Sales Merchandiser to support Ferrero Canada by maintaining shelves, ensuring planogram compliance and accurate pricing across multiple locations.

You will engage customers, drive sales, stock displays, and report sales activity. The role requires independence, reliability, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs; daytime hours Monday through Friday with flexibility for part-time or full-time work.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Bachelor's Degree or 2 years retail experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Basic computer skills; Word, Excel, and Internet usage.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining shelves at major retailers and ensuring Planogram compliance and correct pricing.
• Physical requirements: standing/being on feet for up to 8h and lifting up to 50+lbs.
• Ensuring product freshness and processing returns of all unsaleable product.
• Increase sales volume by selling and building displays.
• Drive speed to market and distribution on new product releases.
• Suggesting orders and selling programs to retailers.
• Prepare accurate and timely reports, recaps, timesheets, expense reports, etc.
