Job summary

Advantage Solutions is seeking a Merchandiser Retail Team Lead in Parry Sound, ON to support in-store merchandising, build displays, and reset shelves. You will help drive sales opportunities by implementing planograms and maintaining display standards.

The role requires 1–2 years of merchandising/planogram experience, the ability to use a smartphone/tablet to record work after each shift, reliable local transportation, and willingness to travel within the territory.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of merchandising experience and/or planogram experience.
• Able to use a smartphone or tablet to record work after each shift.
• Reliable transportation to and from the work location.
• Willing to travel locally within the assigned territory.
• Physical ability to move, bend, stand and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-store merchandising support to meet shoppers' needs, including building displays and end caps and resetting shelves.
• Ensure stores and suppliers maximize sales opportunities through effective merchandising.
• Support leadership with reporting and training as needed.
