Job summary

Advantage Solutions is seeking a Part Time Retail Sales Merchandiser in Chatham, ON to work with major grocery and convenience retailers. You will visit assigned stores, ensure price accuracy, planogram compliance, and build displays for promotions.

The role offers 17.00–18.00 CAD per hour, paid training, flexible scheduling, and opportunities to grow within a national merchandising network.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Retail, client or food broker experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to stand/walk for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Represent reputable brands with professionalism and attention to detail at every visit.
• Ensure planogram compliance, accurate pricing, and correct product placement.
• Maintain shelves, rotate stock for freshness, and process returns.
• Build and maintain displays to support promotions and seasonal launches.
• Communicate with store staff and management to strengthen relationships.
• Complete reports, timesheets, and recaps accurately and on time.
• Monitor competitors' activity and share insights with your supervisor.
