Job summary

Advantage Solutions is hiring a Retail Sales Merchandiser in Quebec City to increase retail sales by aligning shelves with planograms, ensuring pricing accuracy, and engaging customers. You’ll service multiple locations across a territory and support Ferrero Canada products with energetic presentation.

The role involves standing for long periods, lifting up to 50+ lbs, and working Monday–Friday roughly 8am–5pm. Training is provided and opportunities for career development are available.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Bachelor's Degree or 2 years of experience in retail, client, or food broker preferred.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Basic computer skills; Word, Excel, and Internet usage.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain shelves at major retailers and ensure Planogram compliance and correct pricing.
• Increase sales volume by selling and building displays.
