Acosta Group is seeking a part-time Sales and Merchandising Representative to drive in-store execution across grocery and mass channels within Campbells, B&G and Coke Nutritional Beverage (SHARED) programs.

The role focuses on Direct Sales, merchandising, POS placement, and reporting. You will build strong retailer relationships, negotiate for shelf presence, and travel as needed to service stores within the defined territory.

Qualificações

• Sales experience in retail or consumer goods.
• Grocery & mass channel experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.
• Available to work on Weekdays, 8am-5pm.
• Strong verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Experience with territory management and occasional travel.
• Comfort with in-store promotions and display building.

Responsabilidades

• Assertive selling.
• Superior execution of core program fundamentals such as Sales, negotiating & building display, POP material, distribution of innovation & planogram compliance.
• Negotiate Sales - selling in, call for orders, in-line orders, and incremental retailer support for promotional programs.
• Displays - negotiating and building displays on every other visit to each store.
• Develop a positive working relationship with all key retail contacts.
• Execute and deliver retail coverage as per plan for efficient and effective call frequency and length.
• Resolve or escalation store-level issues exhibiting a sense of urgency and professionalism.
• Drive distribution on core items and New Innovation, sales, and share objectives.
• Possible overnight or daily travel
