Job summary

Acosta Group is seeking a Sales and Merchandising Representative to drive direct sales, merchandising, and POS placement across grocery and mass channels within the Campbell's, B&G, and Coke Nutritional Beverage SHARED team. You’ll manage in-store execution, build retailer relationships, and support promotions and planograms.

Ideal candidates have grocery experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently with a home-based POS setup; travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales and direct store support.
• Retail/grocery/mass channel exposure preferred.
• Must have a valid driver's license and vehicle access.
• Willing to travel and work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Assertive selling to drive in-store sales.
• Execute core program fundamentals including POS, displays, and planograms.
• Negotiate sales and secure in-store orders and promotions.
• Build and maintain displays with regular store visits.
• Develop positive relationships with retail contacts and store staff.
• Ensure efficient call frequency and store coverage per plan.
• Resolve store issues promptly and professionally.
• Drive distribution for core items and new innovations.
