Job summary

Acosta Group is seeking a Full-time Retail Merchandiser to support in-store execution for our leading CPG client. You will perform merchandising tasks from shelf stocking to display creation, ensuring product availability and planogram compliance.

This role requires independent work, reliable transportation, and proficiency with Outlook, Excel, and Word. You will collaborate with store staff to deliver promotions and maintain stock, with full-time hours and competitive wages.

Qualifications

• Merc merchandising or sales experience required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Proficient with Outlook, Excel, Word.
• Able to lift 30–50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Implement in-store merchandising activities based on plan-o-grams and schematic layouts, including resets.
• Plan coverage and priorities by reviewing call objectives and follow-ups.
• Ensure promotional display compliance, fill voids and rotate stock on shelves/displays.
• Communicate with store staff regarding tasks, promotions, and objectives.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain effective relationships with store staff.
