Qualifications

• Master's degree in Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, Linguistics or related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of five years of textual or behavioral research experience.
• Experience in research design and data collection/analysis.
• Experience preparing grant applications and reporting findings.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee data collection and analysis processes.
• Train others in research methods and data analysis.
• Advise on research project design and timelines.
• Coordinate outreach opportunities with external partners.
• Support grant-writing activities and applications.
• Edit content for grant proposals and reports.
