Job Opportunity: Part-Time Receptionist at Southside Nissan

Join Canada's largest automotive group and become part of the Dilawri family! We are currently seeking a Part-Time Receptionist to join our team at Southside Nissan.

Responsibilities:

1. Switchboard Operator: Answer incoming calls professionally, route calls, relay messages, and announce visitors.
2. Administration: Assist with word processing, data entry, internet research, and mailings.
3. Filing Clerk: Manage invoices and indexed documents, update cash receipt books.
4. Front Desk Coordinator: Greet visitors, vendors, and clients, and maintain the reception area.
5. Maintain the appearance and organization of the reception desk and documents.
6. Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly organized and self-motivated.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays.
