Docksteader Subaru is currently looking to fill a position of a Part-Time Receptionist.

Responsibilities:
  1. Switchboard Operator: Answer all incoming phone calls in a professional, polite, and efficient manner. Place, receive, and route a high volume of calls through a multi-line switchboard, while supplying information to callers, relaying messages, and announcing visitors to internal staff.
  2. Administration: Assist in overflow tasks from staff including word processing, data entry, and internet research tasks. Sort and stuff letters and miscellaneous mailings as required.
  3. Filing Clerk: Perform basic clerical tasks such as arranging invoices and other indexed documents, and revisions of cash receipt books.
  4. Front Desk Coordinator: Serve as the first impression of the dealership by greeting and directing visitors, including vendors, clients, and customers. Maintain the appearance of the reception area, ensuring cleanliness and organization of documents and files.
  5. Other duties as assigned by management.
