Job summary

Central Ontario FS, a division of GROWMARK, Inc., is seeking a Precision Ag Specialist to lead our precision ag services and translate field data into practical recommendations that help customers get more value from every acre. You will conduct soil sampling, variable-rate prescriptions, yield and ROI analysis, support on-farm sales with Crop Specialists, and train seasonal Crop Scouts.

A bachelor’s degree in agriculture, 3+ years agronomy and sales experience, and CCA-ON accreditation are

• 3+ years agronomy and sales experience.
• CCA-ON accreditation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and expand precision ag services, including soil sampling, variable-rate prescriptions, yield and ROI analysis, spatial data, record keeping and crop scouting.
• Develop precision ag prospects and support on-farm sales strategies with Crop Specialists.
• Champion 4R Nutrient Stewardship through practices, data collection and training.
