Job summary

Brandt in Canada is seeking a Precision Agriculture Specialist to execute field-level strategies, promote latest precision ag technology, support data services, and train store teams. The role focuses on driving adoption of connected hardware and data-driven insights to improve customer operations and equipment performance.

You will lead sales at assigned locations, educate customers on John Deere Center solutions, and collaborate with Account Managers to ensure proper setup and ongoing support.

Qualifications

• Customer solutions focus with experience delivering solutions.
• Proven ability to build long-term customer relationships.
• Affinity for technology and adapting to a fast-changing environment.
• Knowledge of John Deere Operation Center and precision ag products.
• Ability to use computers for reporting and processes.
• Ability to travel to customer sites regularly.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Sales experience with meeting/exceeding targets is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales of precision agriculture hardware and services at assigned location(s) to drive adoption and revenue growth.
• Promote machine connectivity and data insights for operational efficiency.
• Sell value-added data services (e.g., profit mapping, crop intelligence).
• Coordinate with Precision Ag Lead to align on goals and local strategies.
• Advise customers on data extraction and management decisions.
• Perform startup and machine optimization workflows with Account Managers.
• Train service and sales teams on machine optimization processes.
• Educate parts and sales staff on new technology items in the Precision Ag Parts warehouse.
