Livingstone Range School Division is accepting applications for a Part-Time Permanent Custodian (6 hrs per day) at WA Day Elementary School located in Fort Macleod, AB. The shift starts after 3:00 pm; Monday to Friday, with the possibility of additional hours in evenings or on weekends.
The applicant must be able to communicate and interact positively with the public, co-workers, staff, and administration to ensure all needs are addressed at the site.
Housekeeping work may include physical demands, e.g., lifting chairs, moving furniture or boxes of materials, and climbing stairs/ladders. The daily work routine involves the use of various cleaning chemicals.
This position will report to the Health and Safety Coordinator or designate, the School Head Custodian as well as the School Principal. The ability to work independently and secure the facilities is essential.
