Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to build positive relations with staff to support a team environment.
• Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong organization to adjust daily routines as needed.
• Experience handling cleaning chemicals and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Clean, disinfect and sanitize restrooms, surfaces, and fixtures.
• Operate and maintain custodial equipment.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum and maintain floors.
• Lock and secure facilities after work.
• Assist with snow/ice clearing as needed.
• Report maintenance issues to supervisor.
