This role requires 3+ years in payment operations, experience with banking networks, and proficiency in Excel and SQL. The ideal candidate has experience in a fintech environment and possesses a bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Finance. Bilingualism (English required, functional French) is essential. This position is part-time and based in Montreal, Quebec.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a payment operations role.
• Experience with payment and banking networks (EFT, ACH, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of Excel and SQL.
• Experience in a fintech environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure daily operations and execution of the payment solution.
• Monitor exceptions and investigate root causes.
• Coordinate communication with clients for incident tracking and resolution.
• Identify and promote opportunities for process automation.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams.
