Job summary

CiraApps Ltd is seeking a hands-on Social Media and Community Coordinator for CiraSync to grow and manage our organic social presence in Ontario, Canada. The role supports content creation, publishing, and community engagement across LinkedIn and Reddit, with weekly planning cycles and collaboration with the Marketing team.

You will edit short-form videos, ensure captions, and monitor engagement while tracking performance to optimize future content.

Qualifications

• Proven experience growing an organic social media audience.
• Clear writing and editing abilities with attention to formatting.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn organic content practices.
• Familiarity with Reddit communities and brand participation norms.
• Basic video-editing skills: cutting, captions, exports.

Responsibilities

• Identify content themes for IT admins and MSP audiences.
• Write, format, and publish original organic content for LinkedIn.
• Monitor comments, mentions, and messages after posting.
• Engage in Reddit communities and draft posts for discussion.
• Edit short-form videos with captions and platform-specific specs.
• Track channel performance and report results to improve future content.
