Job summary

ENVO Drive Systems Inc. seeks a creative Social Media Content Creator & Community Manager to build ENVO’s daily social presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube and more. This on-site role demands storytelling, quick content creation, and active community engagement.

You will work closely with the Brand Director, Marketing Manager and design teams to capture moments, publish content and support product launches, events and collaborations in a fast-moving tech environment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience creating social media content.
• Strong understanding of major platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube).
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Able to shoot and edit social-native content quickly.
• Storytelling, timing and engaging content.
• Proactive, creative and independent worker.
• Comfortable conducting short interviews and representing the brand.

Responsibilities

• Create and publish engaging social posts, stories, reels, short videos and other native social content.
• Proactively capture products, people, events, development activities, behind-the-scenes moments and company news.
• Turn everyday company activity into relevant and interesting social content.
• Manage ENVO's daily presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube and other relevant channels.
• Monitor and respond to comments, messages, mentions and community conversations.
• Proactively engage with customers, creators, dealers, partners and relevant communities.
• Identify trends, stories, formats and opportunities for timely content.
• Conduct simple interviews and capture customer, employee, partner and event stories.
• Support product launches, campaigns, PR activities, events and collaborations.
• Coordinate with the graphic design and creative team when polished visual assets are required.
• Maintain the social content calendar and ensure consistent activity across channels.
• Track engagement, reach, follower/community growth and content performance.
• Continuously test new content ideas and improve based on results.
