Job summary

Shoppers Drug Mart Inc. is seeking a part-time team member to support merchandising, receiving, and customer service in a Pharmaprix store.

You’ll keep the backroom organized, ensure displays are inviting and compliant with BIMI processes, and help customers find products. This role requires flexibility to work evenings and weekends, basic computer and cash-register skills, and a commitment to store standards and loss prevention.

Qualifications

• Planning, judgement and decision making is required.
• Efficient, organized and neat with the ability to cope with changing situations on the sales floor.
• Cash handling with accuracy and efficiency in processing customer orders.

Responsibilities

• Organize backroom product and follow BIMI processes.
• Uses PDT and MMS Systems to perform daily tasks.
• Manage Exit Strategy and Product Return as directed.
• Maintain expert knowledge of product inventory, placement and expiry dates.
• Keep store image and displays up to date and shopper-friendly.
• Receive merchandise and document receiving/returns.
• Support Front Store Manager in maintaining quality and standards.
• Provide customer service and assist customers in aisles.
• Adhere to health, safety, store standards and loss prevention policies.
