Job summary

Shoppers Drug Mart is seeking a customer-focused team member to support merchandising, receiving and customer service in-store. You will organize backroom inventory, use PDT/MMS systems for daily tasks, and ensure displays are shopper-friendly while adhering to health and safety and store standards.

Ideal candidates are organized, detail-oriented, capable of independent work, and able to work flexible shifts including weekends. Join a national brand with local ownership and a community focus.

Qualifications

• Basic computer and cash register skills.
• Strong record-keeping abilities.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and be self-motivated.

Responsibilities

• Organize backroom product and follow Backroom Inventory Management (BIMI) processes.
• Use PDT and MMS Systems to perform daily tasks.
• Assist with Exit Strategy and Product Return as directed.
• Maintain product inventory, placement and expiry dates.
• Keep store image, displays and shelves customer-focused and shoppable.
• Receive merchandise and document receipt and returns per policies.
• Support Front Store Manager in maintaining quality and standards.
• Provide customer service with a clean image and proactive assistance.
• Adhere to health and safety and store standards; perform other duties as required.
