Job summary

Shoppers Drug Mart Inc. is looking for a store associate to support merchandising, receiving and customer service in a community-oriented location. You will organize backroom inventory, follow BIMI processes and help maintain store image and product displays that are shopper-friendly.

The role includes duties in receiving, cashier responsibilities where applicable, and assisting the Front Store team while adhering to health and safety regulations and store standards.

Qualifications

• Efficiency, organization and neatness.
• Copes with changing situations on the sales floor.
• Cash responsibilities (if applicable) require accuracy and efficiency in processing the customer order.

Responsibilities

• Organize backroom product and follow Backroom Inventory Management (BIMI) processes.
• Use PDT and MMS Systems to perform daily tasks.
• As directed, manage Exit Strategy and Product Return.
• Expert in assigned areas of product inventory, product placement and expiry dates.
• Maintain store standard pertaining to image and trends in store.
• Ensure product displays are consumer focused and “shoppable”.
