Job summary

Shoppers Drug Mart Inc. is seeking a details-focused retail associate to maintain backroom organization, merchandise displays and efficient store operations. You will handle receiving, BIMI compliance, and product returns while ensuring a clean, customer-centric environment.

You will work with PDT and MMS systems, assist customers in the aisles, and help sustain store standards and safety. Flexible shifts including nights and weekends may be required.

• Organize backroom product and follow BIMI processes.
• Use PDT and MMS Systems to perform daily tasks.
• Manage Exit Strategy and Product Return as directed.
• Maintain inventory, placement and expiry dates for assigned products.
• Ensure store displays are consumer-focused and easy to shop.
• Receive merchandise per policies and keep backroom organized.
