Qualifications

• Front-line customer service experience in financial services.

• Ability to handle routine banking transactions accurately.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for members visiting the branch or engaging digitally.
• Deliver prompt, friendly service and accurate banking transactions.
• Assist with deposits, withdrawals, bill payments, loans and drafts.
• Support members with digital banking and self-serve platforms.
• Address concerns with empathy and professional resolution.
• Refer to branch specialists as appropriate and follow AML/privacy procedures.
