Job summary

Rogers in Toronto is seeking a casual media content coordinator on a part-time basis to support production and distribution workflows. You will catalogue footage in our edit and archive systems and respond to daily content requests from staff, viewers and clients.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in broadcasting or equivalent experience.
• Excellent sports knowledge, current and historical.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Familiarity with Grass Valley and the VPMS Media Portal is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Research and process daily requests for production content from production and sales staff, viewers and external clients.
• Promote and assist with sharing of content across departments.
• Arrange feeds and transcoding of material for file delivery.
