Job summary

Oxford Learning Mississauga Central is seeking a part-time teacher-tutor to support students in math and English after school and on Saturdays. You will teach up to three students at a time, in-person, following our proprietary methodologies, and complete post-lesson notes and daily updates.

• Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage up to three students at a time.
• Experience tutoring or teaching at levels up to Grade 12 is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Teach up to three students at a time in person.
• Conduct in-person sessions at the centre.
• Follow Oxford Learning methodologies and philosophies.
• Fill in post-lesson notes after each session.
• Provide daily student communication updates to parents or guardians.
• Maintain a friendly and professional manner at all times.
