Job summary

Guess? is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to drive sales and deliver a positive customer experience at the Winnipeg store.

You will handle a variety of duties from greeting customers to housekeeping, while maintaining brand standards and assisting with inventory and visual presentation. The role requires excellent communication, prior retail experience if possible, and the ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Customer service skills required.
• Retail experience preferred.

• Able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers upon entry with a friendly, sincere welcome.
• Provide current product information to customers.
• Assist in fitting rooms and maintain cash wrap cleanliness.
• Process transactions efficiently and capture customer details when appropriate.
• Participate in inventory and store housekeeping duties as needed.
• Contribute to achieving sales goals and delivering a positive customer experience.
