Job summary

OPENLANE in Canada is seeking a casual/part-time Lot Driver to join our vehicle logistics team. You will assist with movement of vehicles within our Vehicle Logistic Centers, staging vehicles for reconditioning, transport, auctions, and designated storage areas.

You will perform inventory scans, record services, check tires, fuel, lights, and operate in various weather conditions. Must have a valid Full Class 5 Driver's License and be comfortable working outdoors.

Qualifications

• Must have valid Full Class 5 Driver's License and be safety conscious.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Basic computer and smartphone skills required.
• Experience with snow removal is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Move vehicles within Vehicle Logistic Centers as directed.
• Stage vehicles for recon, transport, or storage areas.
• Record services (fuel, tow, etc.) for billing accuracy.
• Scan parked vehicles in AuctionTrac to track inventory and movement.
• Assist drivers and check road-worthiness (tires, fuel, lights, brakes) as needed.
