Job summary

OPENLANE is hiring a Casual Driver in our transportation department in Canada. This part-time role typically comprises 2–4 shifts per week, with hours from 9 am to 6 pm, Monday through Saturday and occasional overtime. You will safely transport vehicles and support inventory moves.

Your responsibilities include data entry via driver app, maintaining vehicle safety, and collaborating with a team in a dynamic automotive environment. Applicants should have a valid G license and a clean record.

• Possession of a valid G driver's license (manual driving capability).
• Clean driving record.

• Input data using Driver app pre/post delivery including utilizing Uber or other Ride Share.
• Ensure vehicle road-worthiness by checking tires, fuel, lights, signals & brakes.
• Assist with boosting vehicles, checking fluids, airing up tires, and fueling vehicles as needed.
• Provide assistance with inventory moves within the ADESA lot.

We seek individuals to fill the role of Casual Driver in our transportation department. This is a C** as **ual Part-time position , typically scheduled for 2 - 4 shifts per week depending on business volume. Hours may range from 9 am - 6 pm, Monday through Saturday, with occasional overtime. What you'll do:

• Use and Navigate through and accurately input data using Driver app pre/post delivery including utilizing Uber or other Ride Share.

• Ensure that the vehicle is road-worthy by checking tires, fuel, lights, signals & brakes using our pre-trip safety process.

• Assist with boosting vehicles, checking fluids, airing up tires, and fueling vehicles as needed for transportation.

• Provide assistance with inventory moves within the ADESA lot.

What we require:

• Possession of a valid G driver's license (manual driving capability) with a clean record.

• Adaptability to work in different weather; occasional need to remove snow from vehicles for inclement weather, operate in the rain, and other weather conditions.

• Proficiency in driving a wide range of vehicle brands and models.

• Occasionally available to work Saturdays depending on business needs.

Compensation Range of
