Otter Co-op is seeking a Part-Time Liquor Store Associate for the Angry Otter Liquor at Orchard Plaza in Kamloops, BC. You will support daily sales, stocking, and customer service in a fast-paced liquor retail environment.

Responsibilities include processing transactions, maintaining shelves, and ensuring a clean, organized store. Certifications like Serving It Right and WSET 1 are required or obtained within the first year, and candidates must be 19+ years old.

Qualifications

• Liquor retail experience is preferred.
• Serving It Right license is required.
• WSET 1 accreditation required within first year of employment.
• Must be over 19 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to guests in a courteous, efficient manner.
• Process register transactions, refunds, and returns, activate gift cards.
• Ensure register drawer is balanced at the end of shift following company procedures.
• Stock, face, and rotate products on the shelves.
• Receive, check, and put away deliveries.
• Keep store and storage areas clean and organized.
• Utilize product knowledge to promote sales.
• Contribute to the Team in living the Corporate Values of Integrity, Community and Excellence.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
