Qualifications

• Experience supporting persons with mental health conditions.
• Valid driver’s license Class G and access to a reliable vehicle.
• Strong manual dexterity and ability to lift 35 lbs to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Support the individual in their home and community environments.
• Use communication techniques to relay information.
• Assist with personal care including hygiene and medication administration.
