Job summary

Acosta Group is seeking a Part-time Sales & Merchandising Representative to drive in-store execution for Mosaic's Campbell, B&G and Coke Nutritional Beverage SHARED sales team. The role covers grocery and mass channels, leveraging retail sales experience for Direct Sales, Merchandising, and POS placement.

You will be the primary contact for clients across serviced stores, with travel possibly required. The ideal candidate has grocery experience, is highly organized, and excels in communication

Qualifications

• Sales experience in retail channels preferred.
• Grocery & mass retail experience helpful.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and vehicle access.
• Available weekdays, 8am–5pm.
• Strong verbal communication and rapport-building abilities.
• Solid presentation-selling skills and objection handling.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Aggressive selling and execution of core programs.
• Negotiate and build in-store displays; handle POP materials.
• Call for orders and support promotional programs.
• Develop relationships with key retail contacts.
• Ensure retail coverage per plan and call frequency.
• Resolve store issues promptly and professionally.
• Drive distribution of core items and new innovations.
• Willing to travel as territory requires.
• Maintain home storage for POS materials.
