Job summary

Acosta Group is recruiting a Sales and Merchandising Representative to support Mosaic's Campbells, B&G and Coke Nutritional Beverage SHARED teams in the Vancouver area. You will drive direct sales, merchandising, and POS placement with in-store execution across grocery and mass channels.

Ideal candidates have grocery experience, a valid driver''s license, and can work weekdays 8am–5pm. You''ll build relationships with store contacts, create displays, and report on performance while traveling as

Qualifications

• Sales experience in retail or grocery environments.
• Retail channel experience preferred but not mandatory.
• Must have a valid driver''s license and access to a vehicle.
• Available to work on weekdays, 8am–5pm.
• Strong verbal communication and rapport-building skills.
• Effective presentation and selling skills with objection handling.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office.
• Experience with territory management.
• Willing to travel (overnight stays possible).
• Organized and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Daily access to Internet and email; able to complete admin tasks.
• Must have computer/laptop and printer/scanner with home Internet.
• Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs; able to store POS at home.

Responsibilities

• Assertive selling and in-store execution of programs.
• Negotiate sales, call for orders, and support promotions.
• Build and maintain retailer displays and planograms.
• Develop relationships with key retail contacts.
• Deliver retail coverage per plan with efficient call frequency.
• Resolve store-level issues promptly and professionally.
• Drive distribution of core items and new innovations.
• Overnight travel may be required.
