A leading manufacturing company is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to support its growing operations in Guelph. This role involves overseeing HR functions including full cycle recruiting, payroll processing, and compliance with legal regulations. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in a manufacturing setting and possess strong communication and managerial skills.
The permanent part-time Human Resources Generalist position initially has varying hours each week, 3-5 days in the office. This position will move to a permanent full-time position depending on production needs. Reporting to the Financial Controller and the President, this role is key in supporting Metalumen's strategy for future growth, while working to improve the efficiency in operations, ensuring all HR functions are effectively administered including and health & safety in the workplace, and full cycle recruiting.
