Job summary

York Hills is hiring a part-time HRIS Data Management Analyst to support ADP Workforce Now, data integrity, and reporting. The role collaborates with HR to ensure compliance, accuracy of employee records, and timely payroll inputs. Travel within York Region is required.

The position offers a 0.6 FTE schedule (3 days/week) with a salary range of CAD 65,883 to CAD 69,895 prorated, and a robust benefits package including extended health, dental, life, EAP, LTD, RRSP, and generous leave.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary degree/diploma in HR, business admin, CS or related field.
• 2 years' HR experience with HRIS (prefer ADP Workforce Now).
• Strong interpersonal and verbal skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and exercise sound judgement.
• Knowledge of Office 365, SharePoint, and related software.

Responsibilities

• Owns HRIS to ensure the employee experience is strong and system configured for agency needs.
• Administers changes within ADP.
• Reconciles employee entitlements at lifecycle end and coordinates with Finance for payroll or recovery.
• Supports compliance with licensing/ accreditation; conducts file audits; updates memberships, licenses, checks.
• Creates regular/ad-hoc HRIS reports and analyzes data to identify challenges and solutions.
